STATEMENT OF USE: Use to support the plantar fascia ligament during the day.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE: Use under the supervision of a health care professional.

Step 1: Place foot into support with heel in hole positioned at back of product. 
Step 2: Fasten adjustable closure that wraps around the ankle. 
Step 3: Pull the product toward toes so the heel strap is positioned where the heel meets the arch; secure adjustable closure around foot. 
Step 4: Using equal tension, pull the two thin heel straps upward and toward back of ankle until you feel pressure on the underside of foot where the heel meets the arch. Step 5: While maintaining pressure, crisscross the straps around back of heel and secure them to hook and loop material.

NOTE: You may need to adjust the straps to increase tension after continued use to achieve optimal support. Do not apply too much tension, it can cause additional pain.
